We are looking for a Senior Manager of Accounting to become a part of our client's growing team and Company. This position will report directly to the VP of Accounting and Finance and will assist in managing the financial accounting functions of the organization. This individual will become significantly involved in such as areas as financial statement analysis, the monthly/quarterly close, external audits and reporting, preparation regarding quarterly earnings calls and the internal control structure of the Company. In addition, you will be involved with acquisition due diligence and integration, internal control policy and procedures, and many other projects that will assist the department in improving its efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist in directing the financial accounting functions of the company in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory and advisory organizations.
