Earn your real estate license!
Are you interested in becoming a real estate agent? Look no further than the Metro Brokers Academy of Real Estate.
To receive a Georgia real estate license, you must successfully complete a 75-hour salesperson's pre-license course, pass a state exam with a score of 75% or higher, and be at least 18yrs old and a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
Our leading educators will provide you with the required in-class hours as well as prepare you for the state exam, so that you can receive your real estate license easily and quickly.
Class Days/Time
Classes are held on weekdays from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Class dates: 4/23, 4/24, 4/26, 4/30, 5/1, 5/4, 5/7, 5/8, 5/11, 5/14, 5/15, 5/18
Cram course: 5/19 & 5/20 from 9:00am to 4:30pm ($60 fee, highly recommended)
Final exam: Testing takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00pm at the Atlanta REALTORS Center
