I'm studying anthropology. I'm seeking a quiet and intellectual housemate who is respectful and responsible. I have two cats, both are well behaved and trained so this would not be an ideal situation for someone who is allergic to cats. I also occasionally smoke peach cigars inside. I've been told it smells like incense rather than cigarettes and most people including nonsmokers who come inside my house never even know I smoke. The bathroom is shared, and there is a washer and dryer. I have one other roomie who has been here for 2 years. The house has a kitchen with an attached dining room and a decent sized living room. I can send you photos of the room and of the rest of the house if you would like to see. The backyard is large and has a firepit, and someday soon a trampoline, swing, and a hammock (as soon as I put them together and take them outside).
